Luxor Audit is a limited liability company registered with the Order of Chartered
Accountants (www.oec.lu) serving its customers since January 1999.

FIELDS OF EXPERTISE
ACCOUNTING
From organizing your accounting to drawing up the annual accounts, we agree with you on the work we perform and those that you assume.

We prepare the annual accounts by implementing due diligence which allows us to have a high level of assurance that the annual accounts do not contain elements calling into question their regularity or their sincerity.
TAXATION
We assist you in preparing your tax returns of all kinds, in tax audit procedures and in presenting the tax options available to you at the various stages of your business development and in compliance with the laws and regulations.
DOMICILIATION
The domiciliation is a service which consists for a chartered accountant to authorize a company to install its head office and administrative seat there.
Domiciliation is reserved for passive companies which do not need a business permit since the exercise of a regulated activity is not allowed.

The domiciliation can also be used when a company carries out its activity through several permanent establishments and it does not own the premises. It may wish that for administrative reasons the chartered accountant is the recipient of all accounting documents to limit the loss of information.

We analyze your needs and offer you the most suitable structures for the planned activity.

We are at your side at all stages of your business to advise you whether it is during its creation, during the exercise of the activity or when the activity ceases.

SOCIAL
We support you in establishing pay slips and the resulting reporting obligations.
DIRECTORS MANDATES
We can provide directors for your company. This is a qualitative and not a quantitative approach for the good and simple reason that if we make the company managers available, they will really exercise their mandate.
LEGAL
As a chartered accountant we are not authorized to prepare legal acts as such as this falls within the competence of lawyers.

However, we support you in the preparation of legal documents related to the annual accounts such as the closing and approval of yearly accounts for example.
STATUTORY AUDITOR (COMMISSAIRE AUX COMPTES)
We accept the mandates of statutory auditor. The statutory auditor checks the annual accounts in companies which are required to appoint one.
CONTRACTUAL AUDIT
We can carry out contractual audits whose scope is defined in a specific mission.
